7. Cancellations and Refunds
Order cancellations must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested less than 12 hours before delivery may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion, as work may have already commenced.
Once an arrangement has been delivered, refunds are only provided if the product was damaged during delivery or significantly different from what was agreed upon.
